WRA is often the stress reliever, taking the burden of worry off the client’s shoulders. The Cable family was threatened with eminent domain by the City of Commerce on an industrial site which the family had owned for many years, and which the City was eyeing for retail development. They turned to WRA, who acted on their behalf to decide on a real estate strategy working together with the family’s real estate and eminent domain attorneys. The family ultimately decided to sell the property, and WRA marketed it for sale and handled negotiations with the buyer and the City through to the close of escrow.
