Rich Mazel, Project Executive

Mr. Mazel received a Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelors Degree in management from Central Michigan University.

Prior to joining Wald Realty Advisors, Mr. Mazel served as a Regional Asset Manager for CAP Advisory for Pensions, Inc. and had oversight responsibilities for a national real estate portfolio that included industrial, retail, and office buildings. Additional duties included portfolio acquisitions and financial reporting.

Mr. Mazel previously served as a Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Financial Advisory Group in the Chicago office of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, an international management-consulting firm. At Deloitte, Mr. Mazel had diverse real estate experience providing tax strategies, fraud and forensics support, financial consulting, valuation oversight, and technology/process re-design to Fortune 500 clients as well as to various pension fund advisors.
