James Regan, PrincipalJames Regan brings extensive experience to Wald Realty Advisors covering all facets of urban and recreational land uses with a focus on commercial development and investment. His expertise extends further into asset management and portfolio analysis, development and lease transaction negotiation, market and financial feasibilty, investment analysis and financial structuring, redevelopment evaluation, strategic planning and implementation, fiscal and economic impact analysis. Prior to joining WRA, Mr. Regan was a principal at a highly regarded real estate consulting and advisory practice, The Kotkin, Regan, Mouchly Group. Mr. Regan holds the designation of Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and is a member of the Lamda Alfa International Honorary Land Economics Society. Mr. Regan's clients have included the Disney Development Company. MCA, Reliance Development, Kilroy REIT, AT&T Wireless, Goldrich & Kest, Ohio State Teachers Retirement System, the County of Los Angeles, and the Redevelopment Agencies of many cities including Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, San Jose, West Covina, Riverside, Cerritos, Industry and Pasadena. His redevelopment agency work involves analysis of development projects including RFP/RFQ preparation, developer selection, market and financial analysis of developer proposals, reuse valuation, public/private transaction structuring and negotiation support. Mr. Regan received a Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
