Liz Cohen – Escrow Coordinator


Liz Cohen is responsible for the review, coordination and oversight of purchase contracts, escrow instructions, closing statement, grant deeds, and other similar sales, escrow and title documentation. With over 35 years of experience as an escrow officer, she is widely regarded as one of the most experienced escrow professionals in California. Ms. Cohen is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer as designated by the California Escrow Association, a regular speaker for the Los Angeles Escrow Association, and an instructor of escrow classes at Santa Monica College.
