John Gebhardt - Senior Project Executive
John Gebhardt focuses on major transactions and complex projects for the firm. Prior to joining Wald Realty Advisors, Mr. Gebhardt was a Partner in charge of the Los Angeles Office of Panattoni Development Company. At Panattoni he was responsible for acquisition and development in the Greater Los Angeles area including retail, office, mixed-use, multi-family and industrial properties. Prior to Panattoni, Mr. Gebhardt was a Partner with the J.H. Snyder Company, one of the largest commercial real estate developers in Southern California. Mr. Gebhardt also served as a Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis in charge of CBRE’s West Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and Charlotte, North Carolina offices, and the Co-Director of CBRE’s Institutional Services Group for the Los Angeles metro region. Prior to his role at CBRE, John was Senior Vice President for Voit Development Company, a full-service real estate development company, with responsibilities for suburban development projects and asset management. John began his career as an associate with Price Waterhouse where he focused on real estate and entertainment industry clients. He has been a Southern California Board Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Council Member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a former Co-Chairman and Board Member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, and has participated in the Harvard University Executive Education Program and the Stanford University Advanced Management College.
