David Wald founded Wald Realty Advisors in 1990. Since then, the firm has gone on to complete assignments for over 200 clients. Mr. Wald is a licensed California real estate broker; a licensed California general contractor; a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) as designated by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); and is a member of the Board of Directors of the California Receiver’s Forum (LA/OC Chapter). Mr. Wald has been a speaker at the USC Crocker Symposium, ICSC and the Receiver's Forum; has taught MCLE programs for law firms on receivership and related workout and OREO issues; has been an instructor at the California Receiver's Forum Loyola Receivership conferences; has written published articles on various aspects of the real estate industry; and writes the commercial real estate blog, As We See It. Prior to founding Wald Realty Advisors, Mr. Wald held the positions of Vice President of Development with The Shidler Group and with English & Continental Property Group.
