Christina Swinehart – Project Director
Christina Swinehart is responsible for the management, repositioning and disposition of the firm’s managed assets, with a special emphasis on condominium and tract housing projects. She joined Wald Realty Advisors in 2006, and has held successively responsible positions covering due diligence, project completion and disposition planning as well as operations and sales. Prior to joining WRA, Ms. Swinehart acquired and renovated residential real estate in Los Angeles for her own account; and held the positions of Director of Sales and Marketing for Nowcom Corporation in Los Angeles and Leisure Marketing Coordinator for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Beverly Hills. Ms. Swinehart studied marketing at the University of Portland in Portland, Oregon, and holds a California real estate sales license.
